A top-tier international law firm is looking to appoint a Senior Associate to join its Corporate Finance team in London.
This is an excellent opportunity for a corporate lawyer with strong equity capital markets experience and exposure to public M&A, looking to work on high-value, cross-border transactions within a well-established City practice.
The Role
You will:
- Advise on equity capital markets transactions, including IPOs and secondary fundraisings
- Support on public M&A deals and takeovers
- Provide ongoing advice to listed companies and boards on regulatory matters
- Work closely with investment banks and market intermediaries
- Play an active role in business development and client engagement
- Collaborate across a multi-disciplinary corporate team

About You
- 7+ PQE with experience in corporate finance / ECM
- Background in a City or comparable firm
- Exposure to public M&A transactions
- Strong understanding of UK regulatory frameworks (e.g. Listing Rules, AIM, MAR)
- Commercially aware with a client-focused mindset
- Enthusiastic about business development
- Strong academic background and excellent communication skills
