A leading regional law firm is seeking an experienced and highly personable Private Wealth Manager to join its award-winning Private Client department. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on building long-term relationships with high-net-worth clients, coordinating multi-disciplinary legal and financial services, and ensuring an exceptional client experience from start to finish.

This position sits at the heart of the firm’s Private Wealth offering—acting as a trusted adviser, strategic coordinator and central point of contact across departments.


About the Role

As a Private Wealth Manager, you will:

  • Act as the central relationship lead for high-net-worth clients
  • Coordinate with specialist teams across tax, trusts, estate planning, corporate and other practice areas
  • Manage diaries, meetings, events and communications for the Private Wealth team
  • Build strong rapport with clients, intermediaries and professional advisers
  • Understand clients’ financial and legal goals, aligning them with the firm’s service offering
  • Introduce clients to the right experts within the firm, ensuring seamless handovers
  • Network externally and grow relationships with prospective clients and referrers
  • Maintain exceptional service standards at every stage
  • Monitor client satisfaction and gather feedback to support continuous improvement
  • Contribute to business development, cross-selling and internal referral initiatives

About You

Essential Experience & Skills

  • Proven experience in private wealth, high-net-worth relationship management, or a similar financial or legal services role
  • Strong interpersonal and networking skills, comfortable with senior individuals and external advisors
  • Highly organised, with exceptional diary, scheduling and event management capability
  • Strong commercial awareness and understanding of legal, tax, financial and estate-planning services
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proactive, client-first mindset with a drive for outstanding service
  • Ability to work effectively across multiple departments while overseeing the full client journey
