M&A (Private Equity) Senior Associate or Of Counsel

A leading international law firm is seeking an associate with two to three years of construction law, litigation, or government contracting experience to join its Seattle-based Construction and Design Practice Group. The team advises public and private owners, general contractors, and engineers on a wide variety of matters — from pre-project planning and risk assessment to contract drafting, claims management, and litigation.

Requirements:

• JD degree from an ABA-accredited law school
• 2–3 years’ experience in construction law/litigation or government contracting
• Admission to the Washington State Bar
• Strong communication and writing skills

Salary & Benefits:

• Salary range (Seattle applicants only): $205,000 – $235,000, based on experience
• Option for a lower billable-hours track with proportional salary adjustment
