A leading international law firm is looking to appoint a Legal Director to join its highly regarded Infrastructure, Projects & Energy team in Manchester.
This is a standout opportunity to work on high-profile, complex projects across energy, transport and social infrastructure, advising a broad client base including developers, financial institutions, funds and public sector bodies.
The Role
You will:
- Lead on commercial contracts within energy, infrastructure and transport projects
- Advise on the full lifecycle of major projects – from structuring through to delivery
- Manage transactions and coordinate multi-disciplinary teams
- Build strong client relationships and play a key role in business development
- Support and mentor junior lawyers
- Contribute to the strategic growth of a high-performing team
